Legal Question in Military Law in California
I have a OTH type of discharge for failing a urinalysis test and I was charged in the Marine Corps for a DUI even though I was charged with a wet and reckless charge out in town. I was wondering what my chances were to getting a job for underwater welding.

Different employers have different hiring standards. I would hang out with some underwater welders and ask them.
