Legal Question in Military Law in California

overturning other than honorable discharges

The Army released me on an "other than honorable discharge", over 10 years ago. I would like to see about getting this decision nulified or overturned. Is this possible?

Re: overturning other than honorable discharges

you have 15 years to go before the Army Discharge Review Board, and, theoretically, three years to go before the Army Board for the Correction of Military Records. That three year statute is waivable and frequently waived for good cause. The 15 year statute of the DRB is written in stone and not waivable.

We and other law firms do this work. You can attempt to do it on your own, if you like. Contact the boards and ask for their form. Or hire one of us and we will do it all for you.
