The defense attorney better watch themselves if they're giving you information that affects your claim. Get yourself a WC attorney immediately to evaluate your case. Good luck.

It is unfortunate that your current attorney is unable to help you with your claim nevertheless I will provide as much information to you as possible. The defense CANNOT pressure you to sign a document without you consulting with you attorney. If you do not have a Workers' Compensation attorney our firm handles these type of cases. If your attorney is making decisions on your behalf without consulting with you that doesn't sound right. Your first step of action would be to consult with your attorney if they are unwilling to help contact our offices (626) 585 0017. Good luck!
