Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I am 69 year young man who fell down a parking structure stairwell leading down to entrance of an Indian casino around a month and a half ago I was injured pretty bad and was treated immediately at the er and 6 weeks later I am still seeing my Dr because of the injuries. I am pretty sure the reason I fell was due to there not being enough light that I lost balance searching for handrail? I received 11 stitches on my forehead which left a 5" scar. I am still suffering a significant hematoma of my right arm that at its worst point grew 4x the size of my left and I am still going through treatment for this as well. I realize that tribal land has it own claims procedure. Is it futile to even consider making a claim for the injuries?

Still laid up in East Bay Area California

The Native Americans get to have their own law on their land. You can try to make a claim but my experience with other clients is it is completely one-sided in favor of the casino.
