IF AN ADJUSTERATTEMPTS TO SETTLE CLAIM WHILE YOU ARE IN THE HOSPITAL due to said accident FOR $25.00 IS THERE CAUSE OF ACTION AGAINST THE ADJUSTER? bad faith?
