Re: Answering Court

When you are "answring" a lawsuit, you need a form called an "Answer" which can be found at courts, legal offices and probably on-line. Diffeent types of lawsuits require different forms. If you are in Orange County, I'd be glad to help you further. Sam Eagle 714-963-5123.

Re: Answering Court

Depending on the facts, either an Answer, Demurrer, Motion to Strike or other documents. There are specific timeframes and procedures so you should get an attorney A.S.A.P.

Feel free to call me with questions.

Thanks for your question and good luck.

Re: Answering Court

Thank you for your posting.

As Mr. Atanous mentioned, you can file a number of different things to respond to a lawsuit. If you are filing an answer, you need to specifically allege legal defenses, and depending on the nature of the case, jurisdiction, and the form of the complaint, verify an answer and respond to individual allegations within the complaint. Failing to bring up a defense may mean you waive its use in the future, or at trial, so it doesn't hurt to mention all defenses, not just those you think are most appropriate based upon the charges.

I hope that this information helps, but if you have other questions, need more information, or feel that you need legal representation, please feel free to contact me via email directly at [email protected]. Im happy to help in any way that I can.
