Re: Auto accident

You are responsible for payment of all damages caused as a result of the accident. In the event the other party did not have insurance to cover their vehicle, you would be responsible only for economic damages (medical bills, property damage and wage loss) and not for non economic damages such as pain and suffering. In the event the vehicle was covered by insurance, you would also be responsible for pain and suffering. You need to either negotiate a settlement and make a payment plan, or consult with an attorney regarding a potential bankruptcy on your behalf prevent you from having to make any payment for this loss.
