Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

auto accident and treatment

I was just rear-ended in a car accident and my neck is a little stiff. There isn't much damage to my car. I'm not sure if I need to go to the doctor, but if I do, I don't know where to go. How would I go about finding a doctor to take a look at me, or should I just wait a few more days to see if the stifness goes away.

If you need to see a doctor who would see you on contingency basis (no recovery no bill) call us at 213.388.7070. We work with many doctors on lien basis.

You should see a doctor as soon as possible. Many injuries don't start showing till weeks or even later. The sooner you get examined, get x-rays and get evaluated by a doctor, the better.

Not going to see a doctor promptly is one of the most common mistakes injured people make that affects both their ability to get better and their ability to recover fair settlement for their injuries.
