Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Regarding Automobile Accident

Would I just settle for a settlement when my car insurance co. doesn't want to help me fix my undriveable car after the accident? I pressume since the other party who bumped me have the same insurance as I have, and that the accident has left my car worse than the other party & definitely would need a lot of work & money to fix it, the insurance is accepting the other better. I almost lost my life with this accident, lost my car,had to pay hospital bills, had to attend chiropractor apptmnts.,I'm acheing all-over,& eventually lost my job! And mind you, it's the other party's fault. Please help me because I don't know what to do.

Re: Regarding Automobile Accident

You MUST consult with a lawyer. Your question presents some very serious issues and there are many areas which should be explored before anyone could know the value of your claim..You only have one year from the date of the accident to file any lawsuit for your personal injuries so you should consult with an attorney as soon as possible. If you would like to set up an appointment, you may contact me by e-mail.
