what happens when you borrows a friends car and he dosn't have insurance and i was in a car accident and i was the fault , who get the blame are both in it

Unless he knew you were a poor driver [negligent entrustment], you are 100% responsible. He did nothing to cause an accident. If you also do not have insurance so should not be driving, a very weak argument might be made that he was negligent in letting you drive the car. But since a person not legally allowed to drive a car can collect damages if another motorist hits him, that argument will not go very far.
