Re: broken shoulder after fall

You need to file a claim with the home ownwr's insurance company. They may deny liability. However, your case is worth pursuing due to seriousness of your injuries and the home owner's comparative negligence. I need more facts to evaluate your case. For instance the type of stair covering and texture (marble, tile or concrete)and how long the the stairs were covered by snow. call us at 213.388.7070 for free consultation .

I assume you would also want to be compensated for your medical bills and pain and suffering for your broken shoulder, and not just for your time off work! Consult a lawyer in person right away. Watch out for legal time limits.

File a claim with the homeowners insurance company. I am not sure you have a good case because I would need more facts, but if you want a start file a claim and see what they say.
