Mostly the #1 car, but if he left and you don't have any way of identifying or finding him, it doesn't matter. You and your insurance company will have to deal with the other ones that hit you. If you don't have insurance, you'd better hope they do. If you suffered substantial medical injuries and related expenses, feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need.

Re: car accidnent

Lots of people could be at fault. Get all proper medical attention and call an attorney right away. Do not sign anything or talk to any insurance company except your own. Watch out for legal time limits.

Re: car accidnent

The hit and run car is at fault. Does the police report state that there was a hit and run? Were there witnesses? If so, your uninsured motorist coverage should cover your damages.
