Mostly the #1 car, but if he left and you don't have any way of identifying or finding him, it doesn't matter. You and your insurance company will have to deal with the other ones that hit you. The hit and run car is at fault. Does the police report state that there was a hit and run? Were there witnesses? If so, your uninsured motorist coverage should cover your damages.
