Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I would like to know if i have a case .i was hit by a door at a restaurant.i was hit on my back iscream in pain and i turn around and fround the man still holding the door open.the only people that saw what happen was 3 ladies one that was first to come out the door was in shock as much as myself i think and my 7 year old grandson and of course the man that hit me with the door now i did not get anyones name or addresss.i am going to the doctors on the 18 of sep. it was the only one i could get.i think the door had a long medal handle and it ran across my back i did end up with a bruse but it is gone now. iam still in pain this why i am going to the doctors.i well be 67 years old in oct.do you think you can help me out.
