Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Can anyone get a copy of a police report on an auto accident, or do you have to be involved in the accident in some way? If yes, how.

Usually you have to be involved and you can obtain one personally by simply calling the agency involved and ask them what the reqiurements are.If you have an attorney they can obtain one for you.The cost involved whether you get it yourself or an attorney is usually 10 dollars.
