Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Fall at home

I purchased a set of floor mats recently. It said on the package that they were perfect for the garage and washroom. I put two of the interlocking mats together and added them to my washroom. One day I had an arm load of clothes and stepped on the mat where it proceeded to curl and I fell breaking my knee. Is my home insurance responsible for the medical payments or my ppo? Since my injury was from a product purchased are they liable? Is the store liable? I am a homemaker. Any ideas?

Re: Fall at home

Your health insurance should pay the bills. You should then consult with an attorney about a potential products liability case. I don't know enough about these mats to tell you if there is something to it or not.
