Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

if I fell in one of the facilities[gym,laundry room] in my apartment complex due to a wet floor that the housekeeping lady and finished doing but did not leave a wet floor sign up.When I fell her cleaning supplies were near by however she was not until about 4 or 5 min later and all she did was pick up her cleaning supplies and move to the next facility she was to clean mop etc.Who would be liable?Would I have a case.I fell injuring my back and my right leg.
