I fell in the laundry room on a wet floor with no wet floor sign insight and the cleaning lady must have taken off for a while because her cleaning supplies were right outside the door.I took video of what I saw the cleaning supplies the wet floor even have video of cleaning lady walking with cleaning supplies to the next laundry room to clean.She should have been properly trained on safety etc. As a result of this fall I have pain in my right leg my back. Please let me know what I should do next.
