Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

can i fire my attorney by email and if so how do i prove this to my auto insurance co. They will not speak to me about MY OWN ACCIDENT because I have a really bad lawyer whos doing nothing. I want to deal with them myself, its been 2 years and its still dragging on.

You can fire an attorney at any time. Send them a letter revoking any authorization with the former attorney. What was the problem with your former attorney? IWhere in California are you? I am happy to discuss your case with you for free.
