Food Posioning from restaurant
My sister got E. Coli food posioning from a restaurant. Is the restaurant responsible for her medical bills and time off work?

Yes. If your sister can prove that she was poisoned at the restaurant. Did she go to the hospital the same day? What kind of treatment did she receive?
