my friend got injured while he is delivering a load.his pelvic is broken both side and hip broken insurance company want to settle with him how much he settle for it.

You do not state whether you are talking about settling a Workers' Compensation case or a civil suit. He needs to go to an attorney who handles such matters ad give him a much more detailed description of what happened, his injuries, current condition, etc. no attorney can state the value of a case on so little information you have given.
