Medical Malpractice Answer:

I will repeat the answer I have given a hundred times over the last years. To prove a medical malpractice claim, you need to hire a medical expert witness that will testify in court that the doctor that caused your harm by providing medical care to you, when the doctors care and treatment fell below the standard of care that would be expected of a doctor practicing in that doctors profession and when faced with identical facts and symptoms.

If the majority of other doctor would have made the same mistake, there is no negligence and you cannot prove your case. It will cost $1000 to get an opinion if your case even has a chance of proving negligence against your doctor. Then you will have to pay $5,000 to $15,000 to get your doctor all prepped and ready to testify. And treating doctors win about 80-90% of the time, because the public trusts doctors, and thinks they generally try to do good.
