Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

HI,

I have a friend that crashed on a parked car. She has been cited to appear at court due to expired drivers licence. What dees she expects from court?

Tell your friend that she should go and have the license renewed before she goes to Court. The Court could then 1) dismiss the citation with a dismissal fee; 2) fine her for driving w/o a license; or 3) order her to pay restitution to the owner of the parked car AND fine her for perating the car w/o a license. The best thing is to have the license renewed befoe she goes in.
