Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

hit while riding a bike w/the driver at a red light

I was hit back in october by a car while I was on my bike in the crosswalk and he was making a right turn on a red light. I was taken away in an ambulance and the police report was filed with him completely at fault by failure to yield to approaching traffic. I had witnesses and I got a lawyer shortly after however communication is very minimal and I have no idea at how much money my settlement could be and I just want a rounded numerical amount, all he says is that it won't be very much. What should I do?

If you have a good case, you should have an attorney who will provide such answers. Nobody can ever guarantee a numerical figure. It is unwise to overly speculate on the amount of recovery, but based on your injuries, your attorney should have an idea of what your recovery could be.

We can likely assist you with your case; yet, without more information regarding the facts of your case, it is difficult to determine your best course of action. If you are in the northern or southern California metropolitan areas, please contact us via telephone, email us at [email protected], or visit us at www.unalaw.com and someone will assist you.
