Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

HS M11550(A) My girlfriend was charged with this crime was given probation but due to being diagnosed with cancer broke her probation and now that she has recovered from the stage three colon cancer she wants to return to California and turn herself in she has a colstomy due to the cancer and is on a crap load of prescription drugs one of those being medical marijauna. So my question is where do we go from here. She is seeking a divorce from her abusive husband that was also charged with the same crimes and has refused to get out of the drug scene. She on the otherhand has stopped using street drugs has not had any run ins with the police not even a traffic ticket for over seven years from the looks of her probation obligations she has met 9 out of the 20 obligations. what is the most time this person of 55 years old will be facing
