Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

my insurance company denied a claim for statefarm. there driver made a left in front of my son. state farm is sueing my son in civil court because they dont like the decision. my insurance company wont make the 20 day dead line.. what do i do?

What 20 day deadline do you mean? One has thirty days to answer a complaint, your insurance carrier will provide you with free counsel to defend against any suit.
