Re: NO insurance of both parties

Work it out yourselves, or one of you will end up suing the other. He who is at fault should pay. From now on, have insurance as the law requires.

To be blunt, I do not understand the facts as how you articulated them. I am not sure who hit who or who caused what. Probably if the accident was not your fault, but you have uninsured motorist insurance, you may be able to get something out of this case depending. If you were one of the parties who was not insured then you may want to refer to the answer from Terry Nelson, Esq.

If you did have uninsured motorist insurance and the other party was at fault, please call me at 818.943.0462.
