Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was involved in an accident on friday night. My license was suspended for 6 months and i was about to renew it on December again, but i hit a car fender. My insurance expired 11 days ago and did not looking into one because my license was suspended so it made no sense to me.

I am now afraid i won't be able to renew my license again and the suspension period will be extended. Also, i don't want my car to be impounded, get arrested. Would i get more points on my record, what are the consequences? Please advice, i'm worried of what is going to happen to me, i want to renew my license and obtain insurance.

You should be worried; you are driving illegally without insurance and not thinking. You should have attempted to get insurance coverage and see what happened when you renewed your existing policy. You should contact the owner of the car you hit [or did you commit the additional crime of hit and run?] and try to settle the damages out of your own pocket so that their insurance company is not alerted and does not inform the police you were driving illegally. As to what will happen with your license, you need to speak to an attorney in your area who handles such matters to see how the DMV handles such cases; you also need to provide more information such as your entire prior driving history. Since yo do not tell us what happened right after the accident, none of us can guess what will happen.
