Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I live with my boyfriend who rents from someone who owns our condo but thru home owners association. My question is I slipped on a wet floor in the laundry room that the cleaning lady had just moped and walked away left no wet floor sign note etc.As I was video the floor and where I fell she came by picked up her mop and proceeded to the next laundry room.Who would I contact to notify of my fall.I have a back injury I have been to the E.R about this
