pain and suffering - on legal forms
I was recently rear-ended and have decided to go pro per. On the legal forms that I am filling out, under what section do I include ''pain and suffering'' damages?

I don't know what form you're filling out, but pain and suffering usually are called "general damages." If you had no insurance, you will not be able to collect for pain and suffering, and could only seek compensation for your medical bills, alternative transportation, and property damage.

I am not sure what document you're referring to, but there is a statement of damages form where you can probably put this information. Insurance companies love pro per litigants. Good luck.
