Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

personal injury

i noticed a beehive near the front entrance to my house. i called the county who said it was the owner's responsibility. i called my landlord who said he'd be out the next day to see it, he never came. this was in march. then i was stung near my left eye and had an allergic reaction. the whole side of my face swelled up. i called him again and told him i had been stung. i told him that when the weather turned hot the bees would start swarming around any source of water, that he had to get rid of them before that. then in may it started getting hotter. the water faucet is right next to the front gate that i use to go into my house. i came home from the grocery store i had one arm around the groceries and there were bees flying all around, i was trying to keep the bees away from my face and get thru the gate as quickly as i could and not drop my groceries. the walk way is asphalt and it's pretty torn up, so i wound up tripping, i put my arm out so not hit my head on a cement planter and i broke my wrist in two places. it was a serious break, i had surgery, they inserted metal pins into the bone. it is my right hand and it will probably never be the same. he got rid of the bees the day after i was hurt. do i have a case?

I am sorry to hear about your injury. I anticipate you will receive many responses because you absolutely have a very solid case. You would be well advised to speak with an attorney as soon as possible. I would suggest you begin to record and save all documents relating to the incident and your care, including any correspondence you may have had with the landlord, hospital bills, etc.
