Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
How is it possible to press charges against people who have stalked and harassed for several years?
What if they are trying to get me to commit suicide or hurt myself?
How can I get their personal information to take them to court?
How can I acquire proper evidence to get them to stop?
Are documented "911" emergencies enough or some proof?
Is a "bug sweep" of a home or vehicle a good start for evidence? A waste of money?
Or, is it best to hire a private investigator?
Do you have any PI in the Southern California area you can recommend?
I can never explain how these people are trying to kill me, but I will do whatever is necessary to assassinate their attack. I desperately need this gang of people to stop the harassment.
I am %100 sure it is a criminal law. They are following me, watching me, maintaining surveillance on me, threatening to harm me, my family, friends, and pet. These peoples harass and stalk people I know and care about. They stalk by proxy. They are doing this uninvited wherever I go.
They repeatedly follow, communicate with me, dwell every where I go, engage threatening conduct aimed at myself. It is effecting my emotional and psychological health.
Subsection 264(2) says it is a criminal offense

They are slandering, harassing, defaming, stalking, and trying to assault me.
One of the stalkers lives in La Verne, CA his name is Robert Shaw. He is 49 years old. I would like to put a restraining order on him and Ted Wayne Zigebush of KOST who lives in Los Angeles, CA and Lauren Kitchens Davis of KFSH.
They may be using GPS tracking, voice transmission,frequency scanners, Beacon tracking, and other surveillance methods.
This is a personal injury. It is also corporate, family law, civil, and criminal
