Your remedy is probably a workers compensation claim. Depending upon how you were injured, you may have another type of claim instead.

Virtually all claims are subject to time limits. You haven't told us when you were injured, but if you have allowed your time to expire then the company probably does not have to help you.

You should consult with a workers comp attorney asap.

Good luck.

Immediately file a Workers Compensation claim on your injuries. What the company wants is not important. Contact the local Workers Compensation office in your area, or consult with a local Workers Compensation attorney to help you.
