I was rear ended while sitting in parking lot.The party has accepted full responsibility (It was a company SUV)Their insuranse co. has completed repairs to my vehicle, The ins. agent was unaware I was in the vehicle, he asked if i was injured and I replied I did not know but that I bit my tongue and hit the horn due to how hard I was hit. In fact I had a hard time speaking to him from the pain. I am experiencing terrible migraine headaches, my neck hurts and my face is swollen and extremely painful due to a tooth that has cracked. I need medical and dental attention immediately and am not sure wehat to do next. Please advise.

Call a personal injury lawyer. He will arrange to get you the treatment you need, on a lien, if need be.

As Mr. Roth indicates, you need to call a personal injury lawyer ASAP.

Rear-end whiplashes frequently take from several days to several weeks before beginning to hurt very badly. Frequently, people suffering your type of injuries, feel no discomfort at all until days after the incident.

Again, you need an attorney who handles these cases ASAP, and he/her will take a contingent fee (percentage of recovery) and you won't have to pay to retain the attorney.

Good luck!
