Who is responsable for damage
In the trailer park that I live the property manager hired an electrial company to do some work on the meters. When the power was turned back on there was a power surge and 500.00 dollars of my appliances where ruined.
Who is responsable for the damage? The property manager who hired the company or the company who did the damage? Each one is blaming the other and I am getting no where.

If you've had enough of their bickering, bring a small claims lawsuit, and let them fight it out in court between them. In the meantime, someone should wind up paying you.
