Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was shopping at a local discount store when I walked into an empty clothing display that had metal hangers with hooks at the end of each of them. The way this display was set up made it difficult to see the hooks as (when empty) they just blend into the background. I have no medical insurance therefore, I was just going to take my case to small claims to recover my income loss as well as have funds to seek medical attention for my injuries which consist of: nasal trauma causing pain when I breathe through the injured nostril as well as impaired sense of smell and taste. My face was severly swollen and bruised for over a month causing me to lose an important client as well as fall far behind in my responsibilities to other clients as well. Because of the recent heat wave, I have found that the pain I suffer in an air conditioned room is intolerable so I finally took myself to the hospital emergency room. Xrays were taken and I learned that I am going to need a surgery called rhinoplasty in an attempt to repair the problems

I am expirencing since the injury. I have been referred to a surgeon for consultation yet I am still faced with the inability to pay the cost of a surgical procedure or even a consultation for that matter. This means a small claims case will not cover the cost to repair my injuries. What do I do next?

It appears that you may have a decent civil claim, but there are a few issues which must be explored. There is case law that can help you or hurt you depending on various factors. All-in-all, you have serious injuries which means great damages, but liability may be difficult.

It would be advisable that you contact my office for a free consultation at 1.877.505.INJURY.
