Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was shopping at a major retailer and as I reached to grab something off of a peg, a bunch of them came loose (because too much weight was put on them) and they all came tumbling down onto me. There was an employee there with me, who was helping me find something, and saw it happen. A report was made and as I've been having pain in my arm and joints since then, I've gone to see a doctor, who thinks that my injuries are due to the mishap. The store has offered to buy me off to not pursue a legal matter and I'm unsure what I should do.

What you should do depends entirely on how hurt you are compared to how much they are offering. I would need to know the following: 1) what exactly is causing your pain; 2) how much are your medical bills so far; 3) how much more in medical bills do you expect in the future and what for; 4) how much are they offering. If you want to discuss these details you can contact me directly at [email protected] or 877-546-6367
