My sisters friend took my car without permission and crashed

She was not at fault the other driver was driving without the headlights on at night. However she does not have a license or insurance. Will my insurance cover? I have liability, also can I report this to the police to be able to get my car covered?

The other driver, if at fault, will be liable for the damages to your car. If your sister took the car without your permission, she likely would not be covered under your insurance. However, the damage to your car would still be covered under your insurance.
