Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

My son and i slipped on a spill at the Hilton hotel. He is not injured and as for me not drastically injured but i do still have pain on my left leg and ankle. We have not yet seered medical attention but i think i should. As for our vacation it was ruined we weren't able to do everything we had planned. Should i sue?

Go get some medical treatment; your first concern should be your health and not whether you should sue. You certainly can made a claim against the owner of the hotel and Hilton which may only manage it; do that soon but tell them you are not willing to settle until your condition become stable. Whether your case is worth a civil suit is unknown at this time; you can always sue in Small Claims Court but many of they give little or nothing for pain and suffering.
