Is there a statuate of limitations for PI Case

Is there a statuate of limitations for filing a lawsuit for personal injury for a sexual harrasement case? A Workers Comp. case was filed in 2001, but a not a PI case and the WC case has still has not been settled.

I think you're well past the statute. Your lawyer should have told you that you had a sexual harassment case.
