Statue of Limitations

I have a personal injury case against american home products for fenphen, even though I have an attorney he has not filed my case yet,need to know if there is somethigng Ican do before statue of limitations runs out which is this august,he is not answering my calls or my e-mail thinking of looking for another,help I am desperate as I have had injury from this medications and my time is runnign out.

If your attorney is not responding to your status requests, you can try to schedule an appointment with him through his secretary, go down to see him in person or send him a letter, certified, return receipt requested so that he has to sign for it. If he is still not responding to you at all, you may have to try and find another attorney that specializes in medical negligence cases.

Sometimes, attorneys that handle these pharmecutical cases have hundreds of clients for the same drug and many times, they are extremely busy. See if you can determine through the secretary or some other legal person in the office what the status of your case is and how the attorney is going to protect the statute of limitations.
