You can sue YOUR OWN insurance company for wrongfully denying YOU coverage, but you cannot sue the other parties insurance companies directly at all. If you mean someone else damaged you in an accident, you don't get to sue his insurance company[s], you sue the person[s] or entity[s] causing your damage and hope they have insurance to cover them, or assets of their own.

If you mean your own insurance company improperly denied you payment for your damages, then you could sue your insurance company for bad faith, but only one that provides coverage of that kind of damage.
