Theme Park Injury

Two minors were stuck on a ride for approx 40 minutes. Although I call often, no assistance is being given from Theme Park. Did not seek medical attention. What can be done now? Please advise. Thank you.

The title of your question says there was an injury, but the question itself says only that the kids were stuck on the ride for 40 minutes. Just being stuck for a while is not a very big deal and probably isn't worth suing over (even in small claims court), but with more facts I might see the situation differently.
