Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

A Walmart employee while in uniform ,working the register walked away from her register started yelling at me that I stole her bike and when I said she was mistaken she was yelling. It was you we have you on video you stole my bike followed me to my car talking to police on the way to my car giving my description yelling that I stole that I was going to jail and police were on their way and everyone in store and parking lot staring at usit was so embarrassing police came to my house the worst humiliation ever I had so much anxiety and just anger for weeks plus some kid my daughter goes to school with took a picture put on Snapchat ( Haley's mom caught on video stealing from Walmart) she was already shy and socially awkward 14 years old girls have enough problems this and 1 of the 3 friends she had is no longer allowed at my house cuz this I've been extremely angry about this plus have to drive an extra 4 miles to go to store sent several like 20 to Walmart about what happened and finally a guy calls from Walmart says sorry and offers a twenty dollar voucher for my trouble like that the action they thought could fix it that was infuriating I declined told them they should be ashamed I want to sue can I
