Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

like four years ago my boyfriend was murdered and burned in the trunk of my car there is a couple of police officers that have gone out of their way to try and blame me for the homicide i havent grieved my boyfriend in a normal sense due to all the harrassment from this officer and aswelll i had to move six times this past year due to the harrassment of him telling my previous landlords of this homicide my life hasnt been the same i cant get a job and i am going thru a mental anguishment distress due to the trauma of the murder and to top i off the guy that did it hasnt been caught
