Legal Question in Product Liability in California

Do i have a case? Can any one help me?

I was in a car accident recently, my car was from a major company it was a 1999 model. it was turning off on its own while I was driving, signaling electrical problems. it caused me to get into a minor fender bender as I went around a corner and it shut off. I brought it in to have it looked at, it was looked at for 2 weeks by the manufacturer. they couldn't see anything wrong with it. on the way home from picking the car up at the shop the car turned off while I was on the highway going about 70 mph. I panicked and slammed into the car in front of me at about 55 mph. the airbags did not go off showing that there are possible electrical problems. the insurance company refused to look at the car and said I had no case. about 7 months after the accident I received a recall in the mail for the fuel pump of the car. in the recall it stated that my make model and year of car was turning off while in motion because of a faulty fuel pump. do I have a case? I have suffered serious financial losses not to mention emotional and mental losses. what can I do? my email is [email protected] feel free to email me. thank you for your time.

Sure you have a case. But, products liability cases are expensive to litigate because of the expert testimony required, testing, etc. You do not describe your injury. Unless it is serious it does not pay to litigate these types of cases.
