How to claim the loss of amount?

I had purchased volkswagon car. It has manufacturing problem. I reported Volkswagan company and delear. They took my vehicle 2 Months Back. Every time when I ask the dealear about my car, he says that part has to come from germany. How can I lodge case against the manufacturer and dealer in the honourable court. Please give me suggestion.

Under the law that pertains to warranties they have to repair your car within a reasonable amount of time and if they can't do that they should provide you with a loaner car or a rental. I think it is time you took legal action to either get your car back fixed or a new one.
