I am a club promoter. Last month at one of our events, one of our flyers was placed in the door of a patron visiting the venue that we were hosting out club at. The flyer slipped down into the door and the patron later went to have it removed. She is now calling to ask us to pay the $100 (approx) invoice that she incurred having the flyer removed.
Am I liable for this?

I would think you or your company is liable. Obviously, you should request to see the invoice.
