Legal Question in Product Liability in California

Worms in food Power Bar not expired until Oct 2006

Hello - I ate half of a Power Bar tonight then noticed that there were several worms in it, as well as a web attached inside the wrapper. To my surprise this bar does not expire until Oct 2006. I bought a whole case and I saved everything in a ziploc bag for now, even the worms. What should I do, notify the FDA? Do I have any legal recourse for eating worms? I am not sure how to proceed with this besides vomiting. Please let me know. Thanks. -GR in LA

If you have not already vomited, please do so. Then take them to small claims court.

I am going to change my answer. My wife thinks this case is bigger than small claims court. Get some jurors like her, and you are off to the races. Let me know if I can help.
