Legal Question in Product Liability in California
About a year ago I had bit a safety pin that was wedged into honey nut cheerios. I called bbb and they said there was nothing I could do. Was that a lie?

Ok I agree with Bryan need more information. However if you were injured then you could sue them. If you were not injured then you are lucky and you should complaint to the FDA about the foreign object and they will investigate if you still have it. You have 2 years in California to file a suit for personal injury so keep that deadline in mind if you were injured and wish to do anything about it.
