Thanks Anthony Roach, I appreciate you responding to my question re chapter 7 and trying to sell our home, and the effects of the second deed of trust. Would you recommend the best possible solution is to let the house go to foreclosure? Our sale date is July 3, quickly approaching. I understand that we will not be able to purchase another home for 7-10 years.
